Create cases efficiently with patient details, restorations, shades, and tasks to streamline lab workflows and meet clinic deadlines.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Enter Core Details: Input patient name, dentist name, clinic reference, internal reference, receipt date, deadline (clinic delivery preference), and delivery date (if completed). Add patient appointment for hard deadlines.
- Add Notes: Use three sections—internal (lab-only), clinic-visible, and admin notes.
- Select Shades: Choose shade guide, up to 3 shade levels, and stump shade for precision.
- Upload Files: Attach photos, scans, or documents in the file section.
- Configure Restorations:
- Select restoration type from the dropdown.
- Choose teeth (use "Select All/None" to speed up the process).
- Set custom tax, price adjustments, discounts—total auto-calculates.
- You can add multiple restorations per case.
- Extra Details: Set priority, mark as "Missing Info" or "Remake," link to base case.
- Shipment: Choose FedEx/DHL/UPS or manual local details.
- Manage Tasks: Assign, cancel, or set deadlines via Manage Tasks button.
